Rooted in Birth
A 4-Week Childbirth Education Experience for Confident, Informed BirthBirth is not just a medical event. It’s a physiological, emotional, and deeply embodied experience.Rooted in Birth is a 4-week virtual childbirth education class designed for pregnant people and their partners who want to feel prepared, supported, and steady—no matter how birth unfolds. This class centers the body, the nervous system, and informed choice, helping you approach labor with clarity instead of fear and confidence instead of overwhelm.
A Different Approach to Birth Preparation
Many childbirth classes focus on what might happen without helping you understand why things happen in labor.
This often leaves pregnant people feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure how to respond when birth doesn’t go exactly as planned.
Rooted in Birth takes a different approach.
We focus on the mind–body connection, nervous system support, and informed decision-making so preparation feels grounding instead of overwhelming—and empowering instead of fear-based.
