      The first weeks after birth are a time of deep healing and adjustment. Postpartum doula care is designed to nurture you as well as your baby, so you can rest, recover, and focus on bonding.

      Services may include:

      • Emotional support and gentle guidance
      • Feeding support (breast/chest or bottle)
      • Infant care while you rest
      • Light household help (laundry, meals, tidying)
      • Postnatal yoga or gentle movement
      • Nature bathing, therapeutic touch, Ayurvedic Belly Binding

      Rates:

      • Daytime: $40/hr (3-hr minimum)
      • Overnight: $55/hr (8-hr minimum)

      First Shift Experience (Trial Care):

      • 3 hrs – $125 | 4 hrs – $160

      As your baby grows, your needs may shift from recovery support to structured infant care. Infant Care Specialist support offers professional expertise to help establish rhythms, soothe with confidence, and bring balance back to your household.

      Services may include:

      • Full infant care while you rest
      • Tracking feeds, diapers, and sleep
      • Coaching on soothing and baby’s cues
      • Rhythm-building for sleep and feeding routines
      • Baby yoga & tummy time, walks

      Rates:

      • Daytime Specialist: $50/hr (4-hr minimum)
      • Overnight Specialist: $55/hr (8-hr minimum)

      Premium Add-Ons:

      • Personalized newborn care plan – $150
      • Sleep shaping & soothing coaching – $200
      • Weekly rhythm-building package (12 hrs/week) – $700
