Root & Wrap is a grounding, heart-centered workshop designed for expectant couples who want to enter postpartum with confidence, warmth, and ritual.
Rooted in BIPOC postpartum traditions and inspired by ancestral healing practices, this experience invites you and your partner to slow down, reconnect, and prepare your sacred fourth-trimester space.

We begin by rooting — blending your own herbal postpartum teas using nourishing, earth-based botanicals that support recovery, reduce inflammation, promote calm, and nurture the womb. You’ll learn how to choose the right herbs, how to prepare them, and how to turn tea-making into a grounding ritual once baby arrives.

Then we wrap — exploring the art of Ayurvedic bellybinding, a deeply restorative practice that supports the healing body after birth. Couples will learn the significance of bellybinding, how to bind safely, and how to offer this practice with intention, warmth, and care. The birthing parent will receive a gentle demo using one of your handmade binds, and their partner will learn hands-on ways to comfort, support, and hold space during postpartum healing.
